Delivery Time:
Standard delivery: 3–7 business days.
Express delivery: 1–3 business days.
Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather or courier delays.

Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Information:
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.

Failed Deliveries:
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:
Personalized or custom-made items.
Intimate accessories, such as body jewelry, for hygiene reasons.
Items marked as “Final Sale.”

Return Process:
Email us at : info@veilfab.com with your order details and reason for return.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
